Crude oil rose 1.3% to $66.24 a barrel.
Gold increased 1.5% to $1,866.40.
The yield on a 10-year Treasury ticked 0.2% higher to 1.639%.
TECHNOLOGY
Top movers among Orange County companies Monday include Santa Ana-based Iteris Inc. (Nasdaq: ITI), which surged 18% to $7.22 and a $300 million market cap. Shares for Iteris, which provides high-tech systems and sensors to improve traffic flow and safety, are currently trading at about half their average daily volume and are up nearly 60% in the past year.
Irvine-based Alteryx Inc. (NYSE: AYX) dipped 1.3% to $76.04, nearing 52-week lows of $74.21. Shares for the data science software maker, which has a market cap of $5.1 billion, are currently trading at about one fifth of their average daily volume, and are down more than 30% since the start of the year.
