Mavenlink in Irvine and Kimble Applications of London said their combined company has been renamed Kantata.
Kantata is a global supplier of purpose-built technology for professional services organizations.
Software company Mavenlink and Kimble Applications said in November they had agreed to merge as their products help improve operational and financial performance of professional services firms.
Mavenlink was co-founded by OC entrepreneur Ray Grainger, who also served as the company’s CEO.
Grainger is executive chairman and founder of the combined firm Kantata, according to his Linkedin.com page.
