Incipio Names CEO

Tom Park has been named chief executive of Irvine-based consumer tech firm Incipio Group, the company said on Thursday.

Park previously served as president of Kenmore, Craftsman and DieHard at Sears Holdings Corp.

Incipio makes protective cases for iPhones and other consumer electronics devices. The Business Journal estimates the company’s annual revenues to be in the $60 million range.

Park takes over the CEO role from Andy Fathollahi, who started the company out of his parent’s garage in 1999.

Fathollahi’s role in the company going forward was not immediately disclosed.

The newly minted CEO has also served in executive roles at Linksys, a division of consumer electronics manufacturer Belkin International, and Disney Co.
