Fast-charging battery developer Enevate in Irvine and JR Energy Solution of South Korea said they plan to build a battery cell electrode manufacturing facility in the United States.
The two companies said in a statement today they are evaluating various potential locations for the joint production facility.
Enevate’s batteries are designed for e-bikes, cars and other uses.
