Irvine-based briteCITY, a managed IT services provider, said it has acquired NIXSYS IT Services, also located in Irvine. Terms of the transaction were not released.
The deal marks the fifth acquisition of a related IT service provider for briteCITY.
NIXSYS currently has two main business functions and will only be handing over operations of its IT Services business to briteCITY.
NIXSYS President Nicolas Szczedrin will retain control and operations of its custom-built industrial and legacy computers and servers.
Chad Gniffke, CEO of briteCITY, said: “NIXSYS employees are highly trained technicians, and we are thrilled to have them join the briteCITY team.”
