Irvine-based Anduril Industries Inc., a tech-focused defense and border protection company, said Megan Milam has become the head of government relations, a newly created role.
She previously worked for the Department of Defense, U.S. House Appropriations Committee and National Nuclear Security Administration.
“As the head of Government Relations, Megan will help Anduril lead the policy discussion around emerging technologies and innovation with the executive branch, including the Department of Defense and Department of Homeland Security and before Congress,” Anduril said in a statement today.
Milam received her master’s degree in International and European Politics from the University of Edinburgh in Edinburgh, Scotland, and her bachelor’s degree from Princeton University.
Anduril, founded by Orange County entrepreneur Palmer Luckey in 2017, has been rapidly expanding and recently announced it is setting up shop in Boston and London.
