Alliant Insurance Launches Cyber Hotline

Irvine broker rolls out Cyber Response One concierge service

Irvine-based Alliant Insurance Services launched a new cyber incident hotline designed to guide clients through the immediate aftermath of a cyberattack, the company announced Tuesday.

The service, dubbed Cyber Response One, connects companies with cyber specialists who can help manage incident response, navigate insurance coverage, coordinate vendors and address security gaps.

“There can be tremendous confusion, stress and ambiguity in the critical moments following a cyber event – when immediate response is essential, and time wasted can have major implications in the business’s ability to recover,” CJ Dietzman, senior vice president of Alliant Cyber, said in a statement. “The Cyber Response One hotline simplifies the process for clients, providing strategic guidance to ensure they follow proper protocols to optimize the response process, including cyber insurance policy coverage.”

For the last decade, Alliant has been the largest insurance broker in Orange County. It’s also the fifth-largest private company in Orange County with 2024 revenue of $5.1 billion, according to the latest Business Journal data.
