THE MONEY: Chair and president of Majestic Realty Co., originally founded by his father in 1948. Developer owns a portfolio containing more than 90M square feet of real estate across the country, including the Crypto.com Arena and the Silverton Casino Hotel in Las Vegas. Majestic Realty is currently developing a 441-acre business park on the site of the former Bethlehem Steel plant in Pennsylvania. Outside of real estate, Roski is a minority owner of the Los Angeles Kings and Los Angeles Lakers. Roski reportedly owns a 3% stake in the Lakers, which is valued at $6.4B as of last year, according to Forbes.

PHILANTHROPY: Roski supports education, health and violence prevention through the Majestic Realty Foundation, established in 2002. He serves on the Board of Trustees at the University of Southern California. He and his wife Gayle donated $25M to the university, who named their ophthalmic building the Gayle and Edward Roski Eye Institute. Supporter of veteran causes having served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps from 1962 to 1966, where he received a Bronze Star and two Purple Hearts. In 2007, he co-founded the Land of the Free Foundation, which has contributed more than $15M to organizations that help veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces and their families.

HOBBIES: Member of The Explorers Club for adventure enthusiasts. Past adventures include biking and deep diving in Mongolia, Russia, Burma and New Guinea. He has climbed to base camp at Mt. Everest, K2 and Mt. Kilimanjaro.
