Former CEO and president of Advanced Medical Optics, global president of Carl Zeiss Meditec AG and CEO of Allergan’s North American and European eyecare organizations. BOARD WORK: Executive chairman for Neurotech Pharmaceuticals, a retinal implant company; executive chair at Centricity Vision and Trukera; and serves on the boards of LensGen and Iantrek.
