Orange County has 32 title insurance companies, about 31% of which employ 50 to 99 people. 25% have 10 to 19 workers. 18.7% have 20 to 49 employees.
The city with the most title insurance companies is Irvine, with 11, followed by No. 2 Newport Beach and Santa Ana, both of which have four. The city of Orange is No. 3, with three (see story, page 34).
