Smart Agency Buys PR, Marketing Ops of Brower Group

The public relations and marketing operations of 27-year-old PR firm Brower Group was sold to The Smart Agency.

The combined entity now calls itself The Smart Agency with headquarters in Newport Beach.

Financial details of the transaction, which closed Nov. 30, were not disclosed.

Jenn Quader serves as The Smart Agency’s president and CEO.

The firm said it will focus on servicing clients in the commercial real estate and finance industries.
