Crisp Imaging Inc., a Costa Mesa-based printer chain, said it’s acquired reprographics and office equipment provider Advanced Digital Services (ADS) of Livermore. No purchase price was announced.
ADS provides reprographics services – scanning, copies, archiving, and digital printing – plus equipment leasing, sales, and on-site facilities management for the architectural, engineering, and general business community.
“ADS is a full-service reprographics company with excellent customer service built on longstanding relationships, a perfect fit for our company,” said Gary Crisp, founder, CEO, and president of Crisp Imaging in a statement today announcing the purchase.
