The parent of Newport Beach-based Urban Decay LLC said Wednesday it plans to open a West Coast headquarters in El Segundo in a move that will consolidate its California brands onto a single campus.
L’Oréal USA, with more than $7 billion in annual sales, is part of the L’Oréal Group.
L’Oréal USA said next year it plans to open a 25-acre campus with more than 100,000 square feet of space for employees to work inside or outside.
The El Segundo headquarters on North Douglas will be the homes for L’Oréal’s Urban Decay, Pulp Riot and NYX Professional Makeup. There will also be a West Coast Professional Products Academy for professional training and certification.
El Segundo would complement the company’s New York headquarters.
The beauty company said the new office campus will serve L’Oréal’s growth plans, in addition to a permanent hybrid in-office and work-from home model for employees, which it announced in the summer.
