Irvine-based Terra Tech Corp. (OTC: TRTC), a cannabis-focused agriculture company, completed its merger with privately held plant-derived drug developer OneQor Pharmaceutical, based in Phoenix.
In connection with the all-stock transaction, the combined company expects to change its name to Onyx Group Holdings and trade on the OTC Market under a new ticker symbol.
Terra Tech shareholders will own about 79% of the new firm; OneQor shareholders and backers get the rest.
