The Outlets at Orange said it will add a Bloomingdale’s outlet to its 120-tenant lineup at a shopping center in Orange.
The 24,000-square-foot store will be part of The Outlets’ 60,000-square-foot addition, which is scheduled for completion by the holiday season.
The shopping center, is home to an AMC movie theater, Lucky Strike Lanes, Nordstrom Rack, Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH, and Neiman Marcus Last Call. It reported $276.6 million in taxable sales for the 12 months ended June 30, up 9% from a year earlier.
“The Outlets at Orange is an attractive center with excellent traffic,” Bloomingdale’s Chairman and Chief Executive Tony Spring said in a statement. “It provides a great context for the great value, savings, and style delivered at Bloomingdale’s Outlets.”
