Apparel Company Z Supply Launches Giving Arm

Irvine apparel company Z Supply said Tuesday it launched the Z Supply Foundation, with the philanthropic arm’s first effort focused on funneling funds to fashion, design, art and marketing students.

Z Supply sells casual clothing under its namesake line, in addition to Z Lounge and Z Supply Girls.

The company said its initial effort would donate all of its sales on its Z Supply online shop, minus sales tax and shipping, generated on Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Giving Tuesday into a scholarship fund. It said it set a target to raise $300,000.

The company said the Z Supply Foundation moving forward will focus on U.S. charities in the social, environment and educational spaces.
