Newport Beach-based Trumark Homes has kicked off sales for L’Aube at Solis Park, a 47-home community in FivePoint Holdings LLC’s Great Park Neighborhoods in Irvine.
The single-family homes will range from 1,640 square feet to 2,419 square feet, with prices starting in the low $1 millions. Models are slated to open in the fall.
Trumark Homes is the local homebuilding affiliate of Danville-based Trumark Cos.
L’Aube is one of several neighborhoods planned for the 850-home Solis Park, which comes as the Rise neighborhood sells its remaining 50 homes.
