The 6,800-square-foot center is at 9502-9510 Hamilton Ave.
The retail center was built in 1987 and includes tenants 7-Eleven, Whata Lotta Pizza, a dental office and dry cleaners. Hamilton Center was 100% occupied at the time of sale, according to Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors.
Brokers involved in the deal included Eric Wohl, Ed Hanley and Eric Vu of Hanley Investment Group.
Wohl and Hanley represented the seller, while Vu represented the buyer.
The buyer and seller were undisclosed.
