KBA Enterprises LLC has sold an industrial building in Rancho Santa Margarita for $5.9 million to Applied Medical Resources Corp.

The 47,410-square-foot space is in a class B building at 30152 Aventura.

The building is on 126,324 square feet of land, according to data service provider CoStar Group Inc.

Brokers involved in the deal included 360 Commercial Partners’ Steve Wagner and Jeff Carr of CBRE Group Inc., as well as Mark Jerue and Craig Fitterer of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc.
