Slater’s 50/50 recently signed a lease at 24356 Swartz Ave. in Lake Forest.
The 5,500-square-foot retail restaurant building will be Slater’s third location in Orange County. It is expected to open early next year, according to real estate brokerage Vanguard Commercial.
The lease’s length is 10 years.
Brokers involved in the deal included Vanguard Commercial’s Travis Dunn, as well as Blake Woodward of CBRE Group Inc.
Dunn represented the tenant while Woodward represented the landlord, Red Mountain Retail Group.
