Chu Family Trust recently sold an office building in Tustin for about $2.4 million to Americana Project One LLC.

The 18,120-square-foot space is at 111 Fashion Lane.

Americana Project One will move into the two-story building, using half as an urgent care facility and office while leasing out the other half of the building, according to real estate brokerage Colliers International.

Brokers involved in the deal included Chuck Wilson and Blake Garrett of Colliers International.

Wilson and Garrett represented the buyer and seller.
