Bacchus Commercial LLC recently sold a two-story office building at the Jeffrey Office Park in Irvine to GNS Management Orange County Inc. for $1.5 million.

The 4,960-square-foot building at 810 Roosevelt Ave. is part of the Jeffrey Office Park and was built in 2008, according to data service provider CoStar Group Inc.

The broker involved in the deal included Bacchus Development Co.’s Tony Lozano.
