A private REIT recently sold a research-and-development and manufacturing building in Garden Grove to KIFLP Partnership for nearly $12 million.

The 82,602-square-foot building is at 7421 Orangewood Ave.

It is occupied by Garden Grove-based engineering and construction firm Southland Industries, which will continue to lease it, according to real estate brokerage Voit Real Estate Services Inc.

Brokers involved in the deal included Voit’s Mike Bouma and Mike Hartel, who represented the buyer and seller.
