Aliso Viejo-based Shea Properties recently sold an office building in Aliso Viejo for $6.5 million to networking-equipment maker QLogic Corp.
The 33,915-square-foot space is at 26840 Aliso Viejo Parkway.
QLogic plans to occupy the building, according to data service provider CoStar Group Inc.
Brokers in the deal included Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s Douglas Mathews, Gary Allen, CLW Real Estate Services’ Tim Joyce, and Brett Merz and Jeff Manley of Cresa Orange County.
Mathews, Allen and Joyce represented the seller while Merz and Manley represented the buyer.
