LEASE

Chuze Fitness recently signed a $2.4 million lease in Cypress Plaza at 9851 Walker St. in Cypress.

The 20,250-square-foot retail space it will move into is currently under construction and scheduled to open later this year, according to real estate brokerage Cassidy Turley.

The lease’s length is 10 years.

Brokers involved in the deal included Chad Iafrate of Cassidy Turley, as well as Kim Watson of Investment Concepts Inc.

Investment Concepts brokered on behalf of Broadmarket Plus II LP, the landlord. Chuze Fitness was represented by Iafrate.
