The location will serve as the corporate headquarters for Sayago & Pardon and Restoration Media.
Brokers involved in the deal included Property Group International’s Ethan Alvidrez and Jeffrey Stephens of CBRE Group Inc.
Alvidrez represented the buyer, while Stephens represented the seller.
