Newport Mesa Self Storage was recently sold for more than $4.5 million to Amerco Real Estate Co.
The 37,870-square-foot industrial space at 2550 Newport Blvd. in Costa Mesa was part of an auction on Auction.com, according to self storage brokerage Bancap Self Storage Group.
The broker involved in the deal was Bancap Self Storage Group’s Dean Keller.
Amerco will rename the property; its new name will be U-Haul Self Storage, according to Bancap.
