LEASE

Ronco Plastics recently signed a $1.8 million lease in Tustin Business Park at 15022 Parkway Loop in Tustin.

The 35,000-square-foot manufacturing facility was renewed and expanded for Ronco Plastics’ corporate headquarters, according to real estate brokerage Saywitz Co.

The lease’s length is five years.

Brokers involved in the deal included Saywitz Co.’s Barry Saywitz, as well as Blaine Annett of Stream Realty.
