The Realty Associates Fund VI LP recently sold the Ball Road Business Park property for nearly $9.8 million to Providence Capital Speed Fund in Anaheim.
The 114,984-square-foot property is at 701-741 E. Ball Road.
The industrial park was about 82% occupied when it was sold, according to Canada-based real estate brokerage Avison Young Inc.
Brokers involved in the deal included Avison’s Dan Vittone and Alan Pekarcik, as well as Stan Tomer of CBRE Group Inc.
Vittone and Pekarcik represented the seller, while Tomer represented the buyer.
