Frances Seiford recently sold an industrial building in Anaheim for $2.95 million to La Jolla Leasing M&A LLC.

The 28,045-square-foot space is at 1240 N. Red Gum St.

La Jolla Leasing M&A plans to fully occupy the building to expand its manufacturing operations, according to real estate brokerage Voit Real Estate Services Inc.

Brokers involved in the deal included Voit Real Estate’s Seth Davenport and Mitch Zehner, as well as Scott Seal of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc.
