LEASE

Irvine-based All Counties Courier Inc. recently signed a nearly $1.6 million lease at 14811 Myford Road in Tustin.

The company will occupy and move in to the 33,000-square-foot industrial, free-standing building in October, according to real estate brokerage Voit Real Estate Services Inc.

The length of the lease is five years.

Brokers involved in the deal included Voit’s Jeff Mitchell and Lester Ip of Trico Realty Inc., the landlord.
