The 20,190-square-foot property is at 15181 Woodlawn Ave.
The building was fully leased at closing, according to data services provider CoStar Group Inc.
Brokers involved in the deal included Voit Real Estate Services Inc.’s Jack Faris, Trent Walker and Seth Davenport.
Faris and Walker represented the seller while Davenport represented the buyer.
