The 17,550-square-foot property is at 1000 S. Anaheim Blvd.
The building includes an Institute-for-Medical-Quality-licensed surgery center with two operating rooms and a procedure room, according to data services provider CoStar Group Inc.
Brokers involved in the deal included Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services Inc.’s Pasha Darvishian and Alex Mobin, as well as John Son of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc.
