El Segundo-based Aici LLC recently sold a single-story research-and-development building in Orange for $6.05 million to DMG Corp.
The 66,821-square-foot building is at 1110 W. Taft Ave.
DMG will use the property as its headquarters, according to data service CoStar Group Inc.
Brokers involved in the deal included Colliers International’s Adam Deierling, Steve Schloemer, Christopher Sheehan and Nicolas Vranka, as well as Allen Buchanan and Stephen Shatafian of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc.
Deierling, Schloemer, Sheehan and Vranka represented the seller while Buchanan and Shatafian represented the buyer.
