LEASE

American Honda Finance Corp. recently signed a lease at 10801 Walker St. in Cypress for $6.5 million.

The approximately 26,000-square-foot office space is on the ground floor and is part of an overall 108,000-square-foot class A building, according to real estate brokerage firm Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services.

The lease’s length is 11 years.

Brokers involved in the deal included Lee & Associates’ Jeff Coburn and Shaun McCullough, as well as Timothy Vaughan of CBRE Group Inc.

Vaughan represented the buyer.

Coburn and McCullough represented the landlord, The Buzz Oates Group of Cos.
