Kobot International recently bought an industrial building in Irvine for $6.5 million. The seller was undisclosed.

The 59,213-square-foot facility is at 1 Morgan.

Kobot International will move into the property and will operate as Zippy USA, a computer-equipment wholesaler, according to data services provider CoStar Group Inc.

Brokers involved in the deal included Daum Commercial Real Estate Services’ Charlie Winn, Craig Sullivan, as well as Voit Real Estate Services Inc.’s Max Wang and John Griffin.

Winn and Sullivan represented the seller while Wang and Griffin represented the buyer.
