Orange County-based Ru Investments recently sold an office building in Newport Beach for $4.2 million to Bristol Street Partners.
The 18,066-square-foot space is in a class B building at 2350 S.E. Bristol St.The building is currently occupied by Walldesign Inc., according to real estate brokerage Voit Real Estate Services Inc.
Brokers involved in the deal include Tony Gleason of Voit Real Estate Services, as well as Jim Schoolfield and Taylor Wood of Cresa Partners.
Gleason brokered on behalf of the seller while Schoolfield and Wood represented the buyer.
