SALE

Saturn Business Park in Brea was recently sold to Newport Beach-based Koll Co. for $10.8 million.

The 121,143-square-foot office property is at 2929 E. Imperial Highway.

City of Industry-based EverTrust Bank gave $9.4 million for the deal, which will include upgrades for the building, as well as the lobby and landscaping, according to commercial real estate developer Koll Co.

Brokers involved in the deal included Jones Lang LaSalle’s Bob Prendergast and Baker Morphy.
