Chemcore Industries Inc., a Texas-based supplier of sinks and accessories, recently signed a lease at 350 Ranger Ave., Ste. D, in Brea.

The company will occupy the 33,438-square-foot industrial space that includes 2,000 square feet of office space and four dock-high loading doors, according to real estate brokerage Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services.

The length of the lease is 87 months.

Lee & Associates’ David Williams represented the tenant, while Shin Kim of CBRE Group Inc. represented the landlord. The landlord was undisclosed.
