Lewiston, Maine-based Geiger Bros. recently signed a lease in Tustin Financial Plaza at 17822 E. 17th St. in Tustin.
The 5,644-square-foot office space is in a class B building.
The Tustin office is a strategic location for Geiger Bros., according to real estate brokerage Stream Realty Partners LP. Terms of the lease were undisclosed.
Brokers involved in the deal included Stream Realty’s Blaine Annett and Mike Adams, as well as Tim Stowell and John Tablack of Cresa.
Stowell and Tablack represented the tenant while Annett and Adams represented the landlord, Greenlaw Partners LLC.
