Crown Planning Mill Inc. recently sold an industrial building in Buena Park for approximately $2.5 million to a private buyer.

The 23,874-square-foot property is at 7550 Stage Road.

The free-standing building has 14 dock high-loading doors and one ground-level loading door, according to real estate brokerage Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services.

Brokers involved in the deal included Lee & Associates’ Greg Diab and Jack Haley, as well as Nathan Perry and Don Palmer of Daum Commercial Real Estate Services.

Diab and Haley represented the buyer, while Perry and Palmer represented the seller.
