Newport Beach-based Valcenters recently sold a shopping center in Huntington Beach to Los Angeles-based Sampont Properties LLC for about $13.9 million.

The 31,140-square-foot property is at 17922-18872 Beach Blvd.

The property is anchored by CVS/pharmacy, according to real estate brokerage Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors.

Brokers involved in the deal included Hanley Investment’s William Asher, Eric Wohl and Edward Hanley, as well as Jim Wellbaum of Triwell Properties Inc.

Asher, Wohl and Hanley represented the seller, while Wellbaum represented the buyer.
