LEASE

A&R Wholesale Distributors recently inked a deal to move to an Anaheim industrial space that is nearly 128,400 square feet.

The food and snack distributor, whose lease will last six years, is in the process of moving in at 1765 Penhall Way, according to Clyde Stauff, a broker with Colliers International who worked on the lease.

Other brokers involved in the deal were Jeff Mitchell of Voit Real Estate Services Inc. and Steve Calhoun of Colliers International.

The lease is worth more than $4.5 million, and The Carson Cos., based in Newport Beach, is the facility’s landlord.
