The 43,480-square-foot building is at 23072 Alicia Parkway in Mission Viejo.
Albertsons has been operating at this site since 1990. The grocery store will leaseback the building with a 20-year initial term, according to CoStar Group Inc.
AJ Nay of Maverick Investments represented the buyer. Carlos Lopez and Lee Csenar of Hanley Investment Group represented the seller.
