The building has 3,220 square feet in office space and 3,178 square feet of warehouse space, according to Voit Real Estate Services Inc.
Brokers involved in the deal included Jeff Gahagan of Lee & Associates Real Estate Services, Jason DiRocco of Voit Real Estate Services, and Dan Berkenfield of CBRE Group Inc.
