The 30,260-square-foot property is at 1300 Quail St.

The two-story building sits on 1.5 acres, according to real estate brokerage firm Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services.

Brokers involved in the deal included Lee & Associates’ Brian Garbutt and Allen Basso, as well as Chuc Mai of HMB Real Estate.

Garbutt and Basso represented the seller, and Mai represented the buyer.
