Wholesale and manufacturing company Howard Core Co. sold an industrial building in Irvine for more than $6.1 million to NextEra Energy Resources LLC, a clean energy company.
The 34,869-square-foot warehouse is at 1672 Reynolds Ave.
The building was built in 1968, according to data service provider CoStar Group Inc.
Brokers involved in the deal included Eberle Co.’s Steve Eberle, as well as Matt Burgner and Keith Greer of CBRE Group Inc.
Eberle represented the seller, and Burgner and Greer represented the buyer.
