The 18,291-square-foot, three-story property is at 2024 N. Broadway.
It was built on one-third of an acre, and the buyer will lease out the vacant space in the building, according to data service provider CoStar Group Inc.
Brokers involved in the deal included Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services’ Erik Thompson, and Dan Scidmore of Daum Commercial Real Estate Services.
Thompson and Scidmore represented the seller. The buyer was represented in-house.
