Hector Regner Properties – Cabrillo Park I LLC sold a shopping center in Santa Ana for $12.3 million to Palmdale Avenue S LLC.

The 72,500-square-foot center is at 1710-1730 E. 17th St.

It is 95% occupied and anchored by Superior Grocers, according to real estate brokerage firm Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services.

Brokers involved in the deal included Lee & Associates’ Randy Dalby, as well as Randy Ibara of Southern Pacific Investments.

Dalby represented the seller, and Ibara represented the buyer.
