It is 95% occupied and anchored by Superior Grocers, according to real estate brokerage firm Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services.
Brokers involved in the deal included Lee & Associates’ Randy Dalby, as well as Randy Ibara of Southern Pacific Investments.
Dalby represented the seller, and Ibara represented the buyer.
