The property is on 1.2 acres and 92% occupied, according to real estate brokerage firm Faris Lee Investments.
Brokers involved in the deal included Faris Lee Investments’ senior managing directors Jeff Conover and Matthew Mousavi.
Conover represented the seller, while Mousavi represented the buyer.
