San Juan Capistrano-based Strocher Heritage Plaza LLC recently sold the Heritage Plaza retail center, in Tustin for $5.5 million to Los Angeles-based AMDG Alliance LLC. The 14,622-square-foot center is in Old Town Tustin at 135, 137 and 139 W. First St.

The property is on 1.2 acres and 92% occupied, according to real estate brokerage firm Faris Lee Investments.

Brokers involved in the deal included Faris Lee Investments’ senior managing directors Jeff Conover and Matthew Mousavi.

Conover represented the seller, while Mousavi represented the buyer.
